On Sunday, April 26, 2009 we were honored to have visiting clergy who are part of the Russia Initiative of the United Methodist Church as well as visitors from our own East Ohio Conference. They were Bishop Hans Vaxby, Bishop of the Eurasia Episcopal Area; Bishop John Hopkins, Bishop of the East Ohio Conference; Rev. Vladimir Shoporenko, General Board of Global Ministries; Dr. James Athearn, General Board of Global Ministries; and Rev. James Nolte, pastor of the Uniontown United Methodist Church.
