FAMILY MISSIONS WORK-OUT

Each month there will be a new opportunity for families to focus on missions together.  Every family can choose how much of a work-out they want for the month.

• Step:  Families providing prayer support for the monthly mission projects together
• Walk:  Families providing simple resources for monthly mission projects
• Jog:  Families taking active roles in helping resource monthly mission projects
• Run:  Families going on monthly mini-missions projects together

April

Our mission focus for the month of April is to help OPEN M Ministries. OPEN M serves area residents with medical care, a food pantry, hot lunches and children's camps during the summer, to just name a few. OPEN M is supported by area churches. 

Step with Jesus by reaching out to make a difference - pray for OPEN M this month. Pray for all those woh support and work with OPEN M as well as the people to whom OPEN M ministers.

Walk with Jesus by touching lives in a more personal way - by donating boxes of macaroni and cheese for OPEN M's food pantry. Boxes may be dropped off in our collection area under the breezeway.

Jog with Jesus together for God's purpose - by pledging one of our WC³ kids who will be walking in the OPEN M Walk.

Run with Jesus serving with your family - by signing your family up to walk in the OPEN M Walk on May 15 at the Akron Zoo. Pledge forms are available in the education office or at the welcome center. The bus will be leaving the church at 8 am if you want to join us for the ride down. For more information please contact Karol Lewis.
