Epworth Youth Fellowship is made up of seventh through twelfth-graders from Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Munroe Falls, Tallmadge, Hudson, Akron and surrounding areas who get together every Sunday during the school year at 6:45 pm to play games, have fun, make new friends and learn more about our faith.  During this time we talk about life issues, learn about our relationship with Christ, and discover more about who we really are.

Oh, and did we mention having fun??  The Epworth YF has many great activities scheduled throughout the year.  From camps, retreats, and mission trips, to concerts and games, there is something for everyone.  We have a variety of special events throughout the year.

If you are in grades 7-12, this is YOUR home at First Church.  If you haven't experienced us yet, come on out!  We're waiting for YOU! 

Programs

Sunday School - Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45 during the school year
Our Sunday morning program is designed to help young people grow in their faith as they study the Bible together and learn what God means in their lives.

Youth Fellowship - Sunday evenings from 6:45-8 during the school year
A time to gather for fellowship, relationship building and to grown in our understanding of faith.  We begin with a meal at 6:15 pm.

Epworth Choir - Sunday evenings from 5-6:15 during the school year
The youth choir is our 8:30 am service choir. For more information, see the Youth Choir page.

Regular Events

Epworth YF has many different events during the year to promote relationships... with God, with each other, with family, and with others in the community and across the country. Some of their major events are:

Epworth Tour
The annual spring tour takes place during Spring Break. The group travels to many different places to share their faith through music. They have visited many cities including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Nashville, Orlando, Washington DC and more.

Work Camp Mission Trip
Every year youth and adults give their time and energy to the people of the Frakes, Kentucky area. It give them a chance to do God's work in a very practical way and to see the difference that they can make.

Summer Camp
A fun week away to gather with old friends, meet new ones, and spend time discovering more about themselves and God. Music is a large part of camp as they are introduced to some of the new pieces they will sing during the year and enjoy revisiting old favorites.

Winter Retreat
A weekend getaway to recharge after the Christmas season and to gear up for the coming Spring Tour. Snow football is always a favorite!
