On Friday, October 14, at 7:30 pm, guitarist Mark Kroos will present an exciting evening of guitar music. His music draws from folk, Celtic, indie, and even punk rock. He plays two guitar necks at the same time. His rendition of "Dueling Banjos" is amazing! He is as entertaining to watch as to listen. Join us.
Children ages 4 through 6th grade are invited to our annual All Hallow's Eve Party. Kids are welcome to dress up in church appropriate costumes. We will have stories, crafts, games, snacks, and more. There will be a dinner beforehand at 5:45 pm for those interested. Please call and make a reservation by Monday, October 26 if you will attend dinner. The cost for dinner is $2 for children and $3 for adults with a $10 minimum per family. Join us for this fun evening!
COOKIES NEEDED FOR OPEN M
On Monday, October 31, members of our congregation will be serving a hot lunch as part of the outreach mission at OPEN M. Your help is need to provide part of the 30 dozen cookies, homemade or packaged, served with the lunch. If you can help, please contact the church office and let them know how many cookies you are able to contribute. The cookies should be delivered to the church by 3 pm on Friday, October 28. Men's Time Out Saturday, November 5 8:30 - 9:30 am
All men of the church and community are invited for a light breakfast, great conversation and fellowship on the first Saturday of every month. There will be no meeting in July.
Going Strong Thursday, November 10 1:00 pm
Abigail Adams was the wife of our 2nd president, John Adams, and one of the most accomplished women of her time. Raylene Hlavaty will bring Abigail Adams to life at the November Going Strong meeting. Join us and listen as "Mrs. Adams" shares her experiences from the beginning of the conflict with Britain to the end of the War for Independence.

Please remember to save your Acme receipts dated from August 11 to December 31, 2016. The church receives 5% on qualifying products which are tallied at the bottom of the receipt. The money is used to fund projects at Work Camp. Please turn the receipts in to the Education office.
